I understand what it costs to keep pushing through — and why doing more isn’t the answer.
I spent over 20 years in healthcare — multiple roles, long hours, high responsibility. I know what it’s like to work hard to build the life you thought you wanted… and then realize you’re too exhausted to enjoy it.
For a long time, I believed doing more was the answer. More discipline. More efficiency. More pushing through. What I didn’t realize was that the way I worked wasn’t just about ambition — it was about patterns. Patterns I learned early. Patterns that followed me into leadership, into money decisions, into how much I thought I had to carry.
That’s the work I do now as a psychotherapist.
I help high-responsibility professionals understand why they work the way they do — and change it at the root. Not so you can shrink your life, but so you can actually enjoy what you’ve built.
