The WLSS is a structured check-in that shows you exactly how your current pace of living and working is holding up and what needs to shift before burnout takes over.
You're showing up. You're getting things done. From the outside, things look fine. But you know something is off - you're just not sure exactly what, or where to even start.

You're tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix
You keep telling yourself it'll slow down soon but it hasn't
You're present physically, but your mind is somewhere else
You're running on catch-up mode, even on a "good" week
You haven't actually stopped to ask yourself how things are really going
That's not a character flaw. That's what happens when we don't have a structured way to check in on ourselves. The WLSS gives you that.
Every year, you go to the doctor for a check-up, not because something is broken, but because it's smart to know where things stand before they become a problem.
The Work-Life Sustainability Scorecard (WLSS)™ works the same way. It gives you a clear, structured picture of how your current pace of living and working is holding up across your energy, your workload, your relationships, your mental load, and more.
You walk away knowing your score, what's driving it, and what you can actually do to improve it. No guesswork. No waiting until things fall apart.
Most people don't pause until they're already burned out. This is how you get ahead of that.
I created the WLSS because I kept seeing the same thing in my clinical work - people spending their first several sessions just trying to figure out what was actually going on. Your WLSS Score gives you that clarity upfront so, you can start doing something with it.
Skip the
guesswork
Instead of circling the same feelings for weeks, you get a structured picture of exactly where the strain is coming from.
Know before it gets worse
The WLSS helps you spot what's unsustainable early before it turns into burnout, resentment, or health issues.
Make smarter decisions
Whether you need rest, boundaries or a bigger change - your score helps you know which thing to prioritize.
Start with
structure
If you're considering therapy, starting with a clear score means you're not paying to figure out what the problem is.
Something to actually work with
You leave with a score, a written report, & a real conversation - not a vague sense of "I should probably do something about this."
There's nothing wrong with therapy or coaching - I'm a therapist myself. But starting without clarity costs time, money and energy that most people don't have time to spare.

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist and Clinic Director & Owner of In Time Counselling & Consulting Services in Ajax, Ontario.
I've been working with people in high-pressure environments for over 20 years - healthcare professionals, executives, caregivers, entrepreneurs and the story is almost the same. They kept pushing, kept managing, kept telling themselves it would get easier. And then one day, it just stopped working.
I created the Work-Life Sustainability Scorecard™ (WLSS)™ because I wanted people to have something they could use before getting to that point. Just like you wouldn't skep your annual physical because you feel "fine", you shouldn't wait until you're burned out to check in on how your life is actually holding up.
The scorecard is the check-in I wish more people had access to earlier.
In 1-2 hours you'll know:
What's actually contributing to your current stress and fatigue
Which parts of your work-life system are under the most strain
What needs attention now and what can wait
Not at all. The Scorecard is a structured, multi-domain assessment built on validated research into occupational burnout including the Areas of Worklife Survey developed by Christina Maslach and Michael Leiter. Your responses are individually reviewed and compiled into a personal Life–Work Sustainability Score and written report. There are no automated outputs or generic recommendations. Everything is interpreted in the context of your specific results, by a person, in your debrief session.
Yes, always. The 60-minute debrief is a private one-on-one virtual session. Not a webinar, not a recording, not a chatbot summary. It's a structured conversation where we walk through your score together, explore what it's showing about your current situation, and discuss what moving your score would actually look like for you.
Neither. The Scorecard is a structured assessment and debrief process - think of it as a diagnostic, not a treatment. It gives you a clear, evidence-informed picture of how your work-life system is currently functioning. It doesn't involve ongoing sessions, a therapeutic relationship, or open-ended goal-setting. If anything, it's closer to an annual physical than a course of therapy; essentially, a structured pause to see where things actually stand.
Therapy is valuable but it's a different tool for a different job. Therapy typically explores the why behind how you feel, often going deep into history and patterns over time. The Scorecard is designed to map the what and where ,which specific domains of your work-life system are under strain right now, and by how much. Many people find the Scorecard helpful before therapy (to understand what they're actually dealing with), alongside therapy, or instead of it when what they need is clarity and a structured plan, not clinical support.
That's a fair question and an important one. Most assessments give you a result and leave you to figure out what to do with it. The Scorecard is different because the debrief session is where the real work happens. You don't just receive a score; you sit with someone who helps you understand what's driving it, what it means in the context of your life right now, and what specifically would move it. The higher tiers go further: the Recalibration Journal gives you a structured self-paced tool, and the check-in sessions keep you moving when momentum stalls. Insight alone rarely creates change. The Scorecard is built around that reality.
At its core, you're getting a structured, evidence-informed picture of your current work-life sustainability something most people have never had. The Scorecard draws on validated research, your results are personally reviewed, and the debrief is a private hour with someone who can help you make sense of what you're seeing. Most people find clarity they've been circling for months. Whether that's worth $320 to you depends on how long you've already been running on empty and what that's been costing you.
The Scorecard itself takes 20–30 minutes to complete including the Areas of Worklife Survey, which is the longer section at around 10–15 minutes. The debrief session is 60 minutes and is scheduled 10–14 days after you complete your assessment, giving you time to sit with your results before we talk. That's roughly 90 minutes total, spread across two weeks. If feeling stretched for time is part of why you're here; the Scorecard is likely to tell you something useful about that too.
The Scorecard is designed to be done annually like a physical. There's no subscription, no ongoing commitment, and no pressure to continue after your package is complete. That said, because your score reflects your current work-life system, it will shift over time as your circumstances change. Most people find it valuable to recheck their score each year to see what's moved and where new strain may have appeared. The goal is that this becomes a regular part of how you check in on how your life is actually functioning; not a one-off event.
The Work-Life Sustainability Scorecard (WLSS)™ gives you a structured, honest look at how your current pace is really holding up and what to do about it. You deserve that clarity.
